Attendance Policy
Attendance is encouraged but there is no minimum quota. Members are expected to participate when available and to communicate absences so the unit can plan accordingly.
Expectations
• Attend operations when your schedule allows.
• There is no required minimum number of operations per month.
• If you know you cannot attend a scheduled operation, post a leave of absence (LOA) in the designated Discord channel before the operation start time whenever possible.
Status Categories
| Status | Definition |

| Present | Member attended and participated in the operation. |
| Excused | Member submitted an LOA prior to the operation. |
| Absent | Member did not attend and did not submit an LOA. |
Leave of Absence
An LOA can be submitted for a single operation or an extended period. Extended LOAs (longer than two weeks) should be communicated to your squad leader or a company officer. Members on extended LOA will not be subject to any attendance review and may be temporarily unassigned from active billets to allow roster flexibility.
Inactivity
• 30+ days with no attendance and no contact: Member may be moved to inactive status at command discretion.
• Inactive status is not punitive — it is an administrative designation to keep the roster accurate.
Reinstatement
Members on inactive status may return at any time by contacting any officer or squad leader. Reinstatement is straightforward and subject to available billets.
